40-day Meditation Programs
Each 40-day meditation program is centered around a specific theme. There are 3 live group calls on Zoom: an opening call, a midpoint check-in, and a closing call. You will also be part of a private FB page in which you will receive support and accountability while participating in a loving community.

Open Your Heart
As the flurry of New Year’s sparkle starts to die down, what is left? If we look around, really look, what do we see? What do we notice? In this special year of 2020, can we do something different or unexpected? Can we make a small change towards a life in which we want to thrive rather than simply survive?
What if you chose meditation as that different “something”? What if you chose to put yourself first for just a few minutes when you first wake up? On January 24th, during the new moon –a potent time for new beginnings!– I am offering the next round of my 40-day meditation program. This one will focus on the heart, on building trust, and on encouraging the heart to soften and open to all possibilities that the universe has waiting for you! And the bonus? You can participate from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world on your own schedule!
If you are a total beginner, fret not, my friend! This is a gentle class designed for both beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. We work through the program in small increments, building our meditation practice gradually over the 40 days. Otherwise, REGISTER TODAY! If you find yourself making excuses (“I don’t have time” “I need to take care of XYZ first”), step back and notice that. Then ask yourself: who and what am I putting first? Does this serve my highest good? Does it help me in my life’s purpose? Do I even know what my purpose is? (Hint: the answers are often found in meditation. 😉 ) Remember: put your own oxygen mask on first, before helping others. When you say Yes to others, that equals a No to you. When will you start saying Yes to yourself?

Release and Create in 2020
As we embark upon the last days of this year, it’s important to pause and look over what we have done in 2019 and consider what might lie ahead in 2020. We are at a crossroads for transformation. We have the power to decide what kind of life we want to create.
Imagine what it would be like to move through life with grace and ease. To remain calm and centered during stressful moments (which are definitely frequent during the holidays!). To make smart, confident decisions. To get clear on your intentions. Imagine! Imagine how that feels!

Join me for a special 40-day meditation practice to help facilitate a shift towards creating the life you’ve always wanted. Starting on Dec 12th, we will use the last 20 days of the year to release the weight of things that no longer serve our highest good, clearing space for new blessings to enter our lives. We will then welcome the first 20 days of the new decade with a fresh, clear eyes. After all, 20/20 vision is the clearest.
The number 20 is auspicious in many numerology traditions. It signifies an awakening that brings new purpose, new ambitions.
